Proposals should be submitted to Bobby Moudy, Tulia ISD, 702 NW 8th St, Tulia, TX 79088 via US Mail, common carrier, or by fax to 806-995-3169 clearly marked "Erate Bid". We do have a spam filter, and some email submission are unintentionally blocked. We will not be responsible for unreceived bids submitted by email. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM CT 01/12/2010. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated based on overall value to the district, including total price, previous experience with vendor, willingness to offer discounted Erate services (as opposed to reimbursements), warranty coverage, vendor red light history (must include with proposal information) and technical support wait time. The district reserves the right to change quantities of items dependent on funding. All signed contracts must be contingent upon Erate funding.

Leased Fiber Optic connectivity--4 circuits (currently under multi-year contract, 3 yrs remain on contract)
Internet Access for 12 MBPS connection (currently using 6 MBPS)
